You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, current Philippine address, valid mobile number, and any other information requested as part of our KYC process.
Each individual player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the gl99 Platform. Creating multiple accounts â whether using the same or different personal information â is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances, including pending withdrawals and bonus credits.

gl99's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Scheduled and emergency maintenance, network failures, or circumstances beyond gl99's reasonable control may result in temporary service interruptions. gl99 will endeavour to notify players of planned maintenance in advance where reasonably practicable.
gl99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to:
Upon lawful account closure, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method after applicable compliance checks are completed. gl99 will not be liable for any losses arising from account suspension or closure where the action was taken in response to a breach of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved by direct negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines or, where applicable, to arbitration or resolution through PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanisms.
Before initiating any formal legal action, players agree to contact gl99 customer support and allow a period of thirty (30) days for gl99 to attempt to resolve the dispute through its internal complaints process.
gl99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered players via the email address or mobile number on file, and/or through a prominent notice on the Platform, at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the change where practicable.
Your continued use of the gl99 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account before the effective date.
